Automated Document Processing
Web-based internal solution for processing, filtering, outputting and archiving invoices and PDF documents.
Internal company solution – presentation abstracted for confidentiality reasons.
- Problem
- Documents were sorted, forwarded and filed manually.
- Solution
- A web interface processes, filters and archives documents with permission management and SSO.
- Result
- Traceable processing and archiving instead of manual forwarding.
Initial situation
Invoices and other PDF documents had to be checked, filtered, forwarded and archived manually.
Problem
Manual steps cost time and were hard to trace; filing and forwarding depended on individual people.
Goal
Process documents in one place, filter them by rules, output and archive them – with clear permissions.
Solution
- Web-based internal application
- Connection via Microsoft Graph
- Sign-in via SSO, permission management
- Filters for processing
- Manual execution when needed
- Archiving
Result
Documents are processed and archived centrally; permissions and workflows are traceable.
Business value
Less manual handling, reliable filing and a process that does not depend on individual people.
